This famous streamer is going to take it to the next level

Star of Twitch and co-founder of Karmine Corp, Kameto, has joined Webedia as an exclusive creator to develop new gaming and lifestyle projects, without leaving esports.

The famous streamer “Kameto,” Twitch star and co-founder of the esports club Karmine Corp, is now part of Webedia as an “exclusive content creator,” announced the online media and influencer heavyweight group on Wednesday.

“By joining the Webedia group, Kameto aims to open a new chapter in his career by developing unique projects, exploring new entertainment formats, and expanding across all platforms,” the group explained.

The streamer, most watched on Twitch in France, hopes to “take his activities to the next level,” he specified.

“My goal is (…) to merge my teams and those of Webedia to develop my own gaming projects as well as lifestyle ideas that I want to implement,” Kameto said.

The streamer further explained, “Throughout the year, the goal is to create numerous projects and concepts by heavily investing in production levels. Without going into details, I believe that the FIFA World Cup represents a major opportunity.”

What changes with Karmine Corp?

Present on Twitch since 2016, Kameto is also the president of Karmine Corp, which has become the most popular esports club in France and Europe in just a few years. His arrival at Webedia will not affect his involvement with the club, he clarified:

“There will be no change in the Karmine Corp’s status. My teams (Kameto TV) and those of KCorp are distinct. KCorp is not involved in this new partnership, but this does not exclude possible collaborations if interesting opportunities arise for the club. However, my various roles within KCorp remain strictly unchanged.”

Webedia, a key player in online media, already includes recognized personalities such as Inoxtag, Domingo, Joyca, Jamy Gourmaud, and Michel Cymes, whom it supports in their digital creations. (jah/afp)
